Freaky Friday

When the alarm went off Friday morning, something told me that I really should just stay in bed. I pressed snooze, but eventually my need to be responsible got me out of bed and out the door.

Due to some rather shocking events that morning, I am now in the need of a new full time job. I mention this in the hopes that maybe someone reading this might know of something. If you do, email me.

That afternoon was the first round of playoff football so I travel with Wendy and the girls we coach on a school bus up to Syracuse for the game. Since my mom lives so close to where game was being played, she, my grandma and my sister all came to watch the game. Sadly, we lost the game so football season is over for us this year.

Thursday Night

Wendy and I needed to have a little coaches' meeting today so we decided to get together for dinner, or in my case breakfast. Our sisters are friends as well so we decided to invite them. Jessica wasn't able to make it, so Steph joined Wendy and me at IHOP for what turned out to be a fantastic time.

Let me just start off by saying that we had a really cute and bold server. He was not shy about his interest in Steph and so there was some flirtations floating all around. Wendy, Steph and I spent a good hour and a half or more laughing like crazy. I'm sure the other patrons hated us, we were not quiet. Naturally, my camera came out. I got some not so flattering pictures of all three of us, mine being the worst. If Steph and Wendy let me post their pictures on here, I'll post mine. Here are the few I feel comfortable with posting.
[Wendy declined having her picture taken.]

After dinner, I went home with thoughts of cleaning while watching So You Think You Can Dance, but that quickly turned into playing dress-up.

I'll leave that SYTYCD thoughts to Wendy, but I'll just say this.

Will's body.
OMG.
I said it earlier at dinner tonight and I'll say it again, I don't think I've ever been that turned on by a man I didn't personally know..

Also, what the crap was up with Cat Deeley's hair?! I had no idea that "rat's nest" was in style.

-My IHT Wendy's hair color is beautiful and now she is more my identical hair twin than she has been in a while.

-I was singing and dancing to Franz Ferdinand's Do You Want To in the office and Marrdy took pictures and posted a blog. Silly woman.

-Working with Suzi at panty heaven! I haven't seen her in ages!

Things that made my day.

Its Tuesday people. Look out!

-Goofing around with Wendy at practice. That woman sure can cheer me up!

-Wendy reminding me of when she met my sister at my 7th grade birthday party. I guess my sister was acting like a cat so Wendy went home and told her sister that I had a had a sister the same age, but that she acted like a cat. Good times.

-Rick was trying to ask Marrdy a question, but she wasn't listening so Rick told me to turn on the speaker phone and buzz her line so that she would listen. It worked.

-Getting my new skirt/dress/shirt. Now I just need to decide which way to wear it first!

-My new gray jeans!

-Getting called skinny minnie. I'm pretty sure that I've never been called that in my life.

Thursday recap!

Usually I recap just my weekends because my weekdays are usually just filled with work. That can get pretty repetitive in a hurry!

Yesterday was a little out of the ordinary and quite fun. I had to leave my main job early to go to the stunt safety clinic that the U of U cheerleaders put on. The little coaches' meeting nearly scared me half to death, but I'm mostly over it now. The girls did quite well with their stunting and I'm super proud of them.

The best part of the clinic is when we were leaving, Wendy, Jessica and I walked past some cheerleaders from HJH, which all three of us cheered at. Being silly I yelled, "Go HJH!" as we walked past them. Then Wendy told them that the three of us had cheered there and I told them to look us up in the library. (The tradition at HJH is that the SBO's and Cheerleaders have their pictures put up in the library.) Then as we walked away, the three of us decided to see if we could remember the school song and dance, which we kind of did remember. So we' did the school song from junior high in the middle of the parking lot. We are SO cool! ;)

Later, Wendy and I had to meet with the girls and their parents. It was my first time meeting most of their parents so it was a little intimidating. Its lucky that I work with Wendy, because she is awesome with all that stuff. I definitely have a lot to learn from her.

One totally funny thing is that the girls all call my "Addy" because the can't or don't want to try to say my name.
